Job Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement and logistics operations, driving competitive advantage through strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier development.
* Manage supplier spend analysis, capacity planning, and negotiation strategies
* Implement cost reduction improvement plans with suppliers and develop sustainable cost controls
* Lead cross-functional projects and negotiate high-value contracts
* Advising management on significant procedures and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement commodity strategies
2. Champion value-add and value engineering projects
3. Mitigate sole/single source risk
4. Analyze and resolve problems related to late-breaking changes or shortages
5. Manage production process design change cut-ins
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Purchasing, Contract Negotiation, Material Planning, Operations, or Supply Chain Management. 3+ years of experience in technical procurement, manufacturing, and vendor management.
