The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and grow COSOL's enterprise client relationships across the Resources sector on the East Coast of Australia.

This is a commercially focused, relationship-led role built around enterprise solution selling in asset-centric industries — not a transactional or highly technical position.

You'll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of enterprise clients, responsible for retention, expansion and long-term account health. At the heart of what you'll sell is COSOL's AMaaS offering — a strategic, outcomes-driven approach to asset management that helps clients unlock lasting value from their enterprise systems.

You don't need to be the most technical person in the room. What matters is your ability to build genuine relationships, understand your clients' worlds and confidently position AMaaS as the solution to their most pressing asset management challenges.

What You'll Do Revenue Ownership & Commercial Performance
* Own enterprise solution revenue targets across your client portfolio, with full accountability for performance and forecasting
* Partner with Finance to ensure pipeline is healthy, forecastable and margin-aligned
* Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity roadmaps and revenue forecasts centred on AMaaS growth
Strategic Account Management
* Build and manage trusted relationships with executive, operational and technical stakeholders across your asset-intensive client portfolio
* Act as a genuine trusted advisor — understanding each client's business priorities, operational environment and asset management maturity
* Identify and develop opportunities to expand AMaaS adoption, cross-COSOL offerings and long-term partnerships
* Lead with relationship first — your credibility comes from understanding your client's world, not from technical depth
Presales, Solutioning & Pursuit Leadership
* Lead and contribute to strategic pursuits, positioning COSOL's AMaaS model as a differentiated, high-value solution
* Develop win strategies, value propositions and commercially compelling proposals that speak to business outcomes — not just technical capability
* Collaborate with Solution Architects, Practice Leaders and Delivery teams to translate complex solutions into clear, client-ready narratives
* Drive enterprise solution selling across asset-centric industries including Resources, Energy, Mining and Utilities
* Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contract structures and ROI articulation anchored in the AMaaS value story
* Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations with confidence
* Ensure all opportunities are commercially sound and aligned to COSOL's delivery capability
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Act as the voice of the customer internally — ensuring client insights shape AMaaS solution design and continuous improvement
* Coordinate across Finance, Delivery, Marketing and Executive Leadership to drive client outcomes
* Represent COSOL in client governance forums, QBRs and industry engagements
Reporting & Governance
* Maintain transparent reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health and account risks
* Uphold COSOL's governance frameworks, commercial discipline and ethical standards
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in account management, business development or pursuit leadership within enterprise systems, digital or technology-enabled services — ideally in asset-centric or asset-intensive industries
* Demonstrated success in enterprise solution selling — able to position complex, outcome-driven solutions without needing to be the most technical person in the conversation
* Strong track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at executive level
* Ability to articulate the value of managed or as-a-service models (experience selling AMaaS, SaaS, managed services or similar is highly regarded)
* Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, outcomes-focused mindset
* Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in asset-intensive or regulated industries (Resources, Energy, Utilities or similar)
* Familiarity with enterprise asset management or ERP platforms (e.g. IBM Maximo, SAP) at a conceptual or commercial level
* Degree qualified in business, technology or a related discipline
