Based in Cleveland, QLD, our business model is to provide manufactured earthmoving equipment and this particular engineering role will be working specifically on our signature Eject X bodies to companies looking for innovative solutions.
The role
We know a lot about manufacturing earthmoving equipment, but we need your help to provide engineering advice, optimise designs and produce drawings so our products are as innovative and practical as possible.
Your skills in mechanical engineering, dotting the i's and crossing the t's, communicating with staff and improving the way things are done is the experience and knowledge we need.
* You will be responsible for ensuring that each project meets scheduling deadline
* You will conduct occasional site inspections for measurements
* You are the expert that will provide technical support to the manufacturing team
* Active interaction with customers and suppliers will ensure the perfect product outcome

You should hold the following attributes, skills and experience to be successful in this role:
* A sound knowledge of mechanical engineering, Australian design standards, design codes and proficiency in Solidworks.
* Hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia
* Have the confidence to work with staff at all levels, meet scheduling deadlines and conduct occasional site inspections to verify measurements.
* High attention to detail and the ability to work in with teams when flexibility is needed.
* Be someone who thrives on success, everyone's success, not just your own.
* Be adaptable. You should have the ability to work between projects, manage time effectively and be able to prioritise.
* Have the ability to communicate and collaborate with production staff as well as other members of the administration team.
