We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Logistics Coordinator to lead our end-to-end operations support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily warehouse management
* Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
* Coordinate fleet and carrier operations to meet delivery expectations
* Supervise container/trailer unpacking, paperwork preparation and logistics administration
* Manage damage, exception and movement reporting with accuracy and urgency
* Maintain effective communication between customers, drivers, warehouse teams and stakeholders
This role requires experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing or a similar operational field. Strong organizational and coordination skills are essential, as well as a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
