The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Elevate team, offering services that enhance the Elevate brand identity and marketing efforts.
You will have the proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.

From a one-person operation, we have grown to a team of approximately 8 staff, delivering services to over 20 organisations across a range of disciplines.We deliver high-quality services across project and program delivery/management, commercial, business transformation, digital and AI, social procurement and facilities management.You will be a great fit if you have:Previous experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a professional services environmentExceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlinesThe ability to work collaboratively, with a proactive approach and positive commitmentA strong attention to detailExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentWell-developed computer skills across MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, however, we are happy to negotiate use of other design systems, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignA strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layoutAlways deliver with a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.Key Responsibilities:Creation and development of images for promotional use on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, including animationDesign of Elevate promotional material (standees / banners / brochures)Website managementSupport for internal initiatives (e.g., development of templates, event branding)Business card design and formattingAd-hoc graphic design support, as required.Full working rights in Australia are required for you to be eligible to apply for this role.Applicants are required to submit a resume and cover letter (no more than two pages).
