The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, team leadership and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Effective management of CEHL's rental portfolio
* Maintaining relationships with renters and member co-ops
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards
Requirements
* At least five years of experience in property management
* Three years' experience leading teams
* Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and regulations
* Strong business improvement mindset
