Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Platforms

What we need from you:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology solutions in complex enterprise environments
* Strong capability in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows)
* Experience working across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce/MuleSoft, AWS, Siebel/Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or analytics platforms
* Solid understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery frameworks
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills

What you'll do:
* Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for technology solutions across multiple enterprise platforms
* Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment
* Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring requirements traceability and quality outcomes
* Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
* Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements management practices and delivery frameworks
* Support project teams to ensure smooth transition from delivery to business-as-usual operations
* Ensure all activities comply with relevant policies, standards, and delivery governance frameworks
