Building Administrator / Makesafe Coordinator

(Two Positions Available)

We are seeking two Building Administrators to join our growing team and play a vital role in managing portfolios, projects, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

Project Administrator

* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

* Effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

* Oversee day-to-day communication with clients and contractors

* Maintain accurate building and portfolio records

* Prepare and distribute reports, scopes of work, and relevant documentation

* Liaise with clients regarding contracts, excesses, and key project information

* Resolve issues promptly with a customer-first approach

* Maintain a high level of computer literacy and document management

* Drive performance with a strong focus on KPIs and service standards

Makesafe Coordinator

* Manage a Makesafe portfolio from start to finish with strong organisational skills

* Deliver exceptional customer and client service, acting with empathy and integrity

* Coordinate and action emergency response repairs daily

* Maintain regular contact with customers and trades, ensuring accurate and timely system updates

* Meet KPI requirements for all clients and understand DAL limits

* Oversee daily communication with clients and contractors

* Ensure system accuracy and exceed portal compliance standards

* Work at a fast pace to progress Makesafe jobs within approximately 10 business days from registration to invoicing

* Maintain a high level of computer literacy and document management

* Drive performance with a strong focus on KPIs and service standards
