About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Baby
Main Role Responsibilities:
* Prepare equipment, station & stock for service
* Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
* Provide an exceptional level of service for guests
* Complete closing duties as assigned
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
* At least 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume venue
* Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
* Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
* Adaptable and able to multi-task
* Time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
* Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
* Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
* Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
