The location
Just a two-hour flight from Perth and a three-hour drive south of Port Hedland.
The City of Karratha is located in the dynamic Pilbara region of north Western Australia, encompassing the towns of Karratha, Roebourne, Dampier, Cossack, Wickham, and Point Samson.
Know as the Munjaree – or the heart of the West Pilbara Coast – its size and central location make it the ideal base for exploring the natural delights of the area.
This Emergency Department boasts a new CT scanner, surgical centre, delivery suites, maternity wing, and world-class Telehealth helipad supporting new and expanded outpatients and essential services such as child health and medical imaging, all under one roof.
