Change and Communications Manager - Supply Chain
This is a 2-year max-term contract opportunity to lead and drive the DC (Distribution Centre) Operations change management and communications strategy, including execution of the full change journey for key stakeholders.
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Change and Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in the implementation of a brand-new automated distribution centre located in Truganina, shaping the future of our supply network. This game-changing initiative enhances operational efficiency, boosts our supply chain capabilities, and drives seamless integration across the entire business.
About the Role
* Crafting and executing a cutting-edge change management and communications strategy that aligns with our business goals and core values.
* Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Technology, and key business stakeholders to understand current processes and assess the impact of change.
* Designing innovative strategies that guide and support people throughout this transformative journey.
You will be at the forefront of leading this transformation, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
About You
* A demonstrated experience in delivering large, complex transformation initiatives with significant success.
* Practical and commercial understanding of change management, along with an appreciation of its positive impact on an organization at all levels.
* Impeccable communication skills across all communication channels with a razor-sharp eye for detail.
* Natural flair for facilitating and training others, with ease of collaborating with peers at all levels.
* Experience in retail, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries with the ability to engage with stakeholders from a blue-collar background.
* Supply Chain experience highly regarded.
* Highly elevated emotional intelligence, with passion for change, communications, and driving transformational success.
