The National Disability Insurance Agency's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is undertaking significant work programs to deliver innovative ICT-based solutions that meet the needs of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
We are seeking an energetic Technical Analyst to join the OCIO Digital Delivery Portfolio, focusing on performing technical analysis and design for new solutions delivered through digital channels, particularly mobile applications. This role presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of the NDIS.
Key Responsibilities
* Determine business objectives, develop technical solution options, and coordinate stakeholder support.
* Represent the OCIO Digital Delivery portfolio in technical workshops related to major forthcoming enhancements for Digital Channels.
* Conduct data mapping and review UX designs to ensure technical viability of solutions.
* Create implementable technical user stories from business requirements or augment existing user stories to make them actionable.
* Lead application solution design efforts or play a key role in these initiatives.
* Collaborate with interfacing teams and develop technical specifications for integration items when required.
* Emerge as a deep technical subject matter expert in one or more Digital Channels, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and purposeful work environment.
All applications require addressing selection criteria as part of the submission:
1. At least 2 years of experience working as a Technical Analyst or Tech BA in a large-scale delivery setting.
2. Experience in performing technical analysis or design roles in native mobile application deliveries.
3. In-depth understanding of data modeling principles.
4. Strong knowledge of API concepts and integration platforms like Mulesoft.
5. Background in business process mapping and re-engineering, preferably in B2C & B2B service processes within the disability and healthcare sectors.
6. Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders and delivering systems in Agile methods and similar collaborative approaches.
7. Prior knowledge and experience working with complex government schemes and insurance programs.
