The Role This a rare opportunity to work for a global, blue-chip company whose brands are a household name. You will become part of a large Finance/Admin team. Based at their Eastern suburbs, the position offers hybrid (4 days in office-1 day at home) and flexible start/finish times. The role is predominantly Admin focused, processing and resolving consumer warranties, Credit/Product Claims, documenting claims and investigating stock discrepancies, addressing invoicing anomalies, and credit notes. This integral role will have you collaborating with the wider Admin/Finance team, sales and customer service teams. Thus, having the ability to be communicate effectively and problem solve will be a major component of the role. Your primary duties will comprise of: Addressing product warranties claims queries Credit claims processing Investigating stock discrepancies Authorizing Claims and Claims processing Addressing invoicing anomalies Authorizing and processing Redemptions/Credits/Coupons Maintaining vendor data on ERP system Invoice processing Relaying claims information to customer service teams Ad hoc tasks where required About You The ideal candidate will have some Administrative/Accounts experience (1-3 years).
