The Entertainment Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Entertainment Manager, will assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance guest retention through the property's entertainment offerings, including special events, activations, and venue-based entertainment.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our Entertainment team.

A few of your responsibilities

- Manage all administrative tasks within the Entertainment department
- Coordinate procurement and bookings for live music, DJs, comedy, and other performance types, ensuring budget compliance
- Oversee operational execution for BAU entertainment, campaigns, activations, and private entertainment
- Administer and manage purchase orders, invoices, and talent agreements
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and support entertainment communications
- Provide on-ground event and entertainment support, including weekends as needed
- Assist on marketing and social media activity for entertainment, including design briefs, and content production and management

What we are looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience in entertainment, music, or events
- Proven experience coordinating performances and artists
- Skilled in managing performances while controlling labour and costs
- Strong ability to build effective internal and external relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

About you

You're a passionate and organised entertainment professional with over two years' experience in the music, events, and hospitality industry. You bring a proven track record in coordinating and managing performances and artists, with a strong focus on cost control and operational efficiency.

Your ability to build productive relationships with both internal teams and external partners ensures seamless execution of entertainment offerings.
