Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centred care to support our complex clients with various aspects of their daily living.
Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
* Supporting clients to achieve goals that matter to them
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements:
* Possess a genuine passion for working with people with disabilities, both mental and physical
* Hold a valid NDIS check, CPR and First Aid Certificate
* Be fully COVID vaccinated
* Have the right to work in Australia
* Relevant qualifications are favourable, but we will train the right candidate within house
