Key Qualifications
* Experience as a commis chef in an a-la-carte restaurant.
* Japanese cuisine experience highly regarded.
* Good communication skills and attention to detail in presentation.
* A positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to change.
* An understanding of Food Safety and OH&S principles.
* Fundamental knife skills and knowledge of basic cookery terms and techniques.
