Remuneration: $***** – $***** per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + not-for-profit salary packaging + penalties & allowances

You will provide clients with specialist social worker services, clinical services, treatment & intervention programs, case management, clinical counselling, debriefing following critical events, and education & support for clients and carers.

Previous experience in a health or aged care context is highly desirable.
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work
Registration with a relevant professional body – Australian Association of Social Workers
Previous experience within an aged care or acute setting (desirable)
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
Current Australian driver's licence and road-worthy registered vehicle
