Assistant Store Manager

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Maintaining store presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Overseeing stock levels, inventory routines, and deliveries to ensure accurate Point of Sale transactions and cash handling.
* Operating fuel consoles, food preparation areas, barista stations, and lottery terminals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a proactive leadership style, ability to remain calm under pressure, excellent communication and people skills, reliability, and a professional approach.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, team performance, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
