WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Have a degree or higher qualification in Engineering (e.g. mechanical, chemical, biomedical, electrical, computer) or Physics/Chemistry or IT/computer science and have completed or are nearing completion of a Masters of Intellectual Property.
* Are currently in a trainee patent role or an overseas qualified patent attorney nearing qualification in Australia or New Zealand.
* Have minimum 3 months of experience in patent prosecution, drafting, searching and/or opposition.
* Have strong academic results, outstanding analytical, problem‐solving, communication, people skills and strong commercial acumen.
* Are 100 % seriously committed to becoming and practising as a fully qualified Australian patent attorney long‐term with one of Australia's top patent or trademark firms in Brisbane.
