Office Manager – Luxury Travel
North Shore | Two Offices
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager from the retail travel industry to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of two established luxury travel offices on Sydney's North Shore.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands the pace and nuances of a retail travel environment and enjoys supporting consultants, managing offices, and ensuring a premium client experience.
About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the operational management of both offices, acting as the key point of contact for staff, suppliers and head office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the daily operations of two luxury retail travel offices
* Supporting and coordinating frontline travel consultants
* Overseeing office procedures, rosters, leave and basic HR administration
* Ensuring exceptional presentation standards and client experience
* Liaising with suppliers, landlords and service providers
* Managing stock, stationery, systems and general office requirements
* Assisting with onboarding of new staff and ongoing office compliance
About You
* Proven experience in the retail travel industry is essential
* Previous experience as an Office Manager, Team Leader, Senior Consultant or similar
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with a professional and polished approach
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities across two locations
* Proactive, solutions-focused and highly reliable
* Passion for luxury travel and delivering a premium standard
