Due to company expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced and result-driven AIoT / Commercial Marketing Manager to join our Open Platform Business Group in Sydney, reporting to the Head of Marketing - OP BG.
The AIoT / Commercial Marketing Manager will spearhead marketing initiatives for ASUS's innovative AIoT and commercial product portfolios. The role is crucial for driving market awareness, adoption, and growth within the B2B segment. The ideal candidate shall possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution skills in event management, content creation, product marketing, and digital marketing.
Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:
Commercial Event Planning & Execution:
Lead the end-to-end planning, organisation, and execution of commercial events;
Manage event budgets, logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional activities to maximise brand visibility and return on investment (ROI);
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure event objectives are aligned with targets and customer engagement strategies.
Commercial Marketing Material Development:
Develop compelling and effective marketing collateral tailored for diverse commercial audiences, including brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, sales enablement tools, and website content;
Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand, technically accurate, and clearly articulate the value propositions of ASUS AIoT and commercial products;
Work in conjunction with the Product Management Team and external agencies to produce high-quality, impactful assets.
Product Marketing for ASUS AIoT and Commercial Products:
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing ASUS AIoT and commercial products;
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes;
Define clear product positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions (USPs) that resonate with target commercial segments;
Act as a product evangelist, educating internal teams and external partners on product features, benefits, and use cases.
Digital Marketing (eDM & Short-Form Video Development):
Plan, create, and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including email direct marketing (eDM) campaigns, to engage commercial customers, and drive product awareness;
Develop engaging short-form video content (e.g., product highlights, testimonials, solution showcases) for various digital platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube, website) to effectively communicate the value of ASUS commercial products and AIoT solutions;
Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimisation;
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Communication
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing
Strong understanding of the AIoT landscape and commercial IT product ecosystems
Proven track record in planning and executing successful commercial events and generating measurable results
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders effectively
Be able to influence and negotiate with various internal and external stakeholders and build on positive relationships
Strong ability to manage multiple projects within agreed budget and deadlines
Ability to work with different parts of the business
