Remuneration: Total package of at least $187,928-$196,816 pro rata (comprising $146,507-$154,373 pa + $20,000 annual rural incentive + annual leave loading + 12% super contributions). Additional Management Allowance Level 1 of $8,193.

About The Roles

As a Dentist, you will:

Provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care within scope of practice
Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services
Utilise contemporary clinical tools and technology
Communicate effectively with patients and carers to ensure informed consent and excellent care
Maintain and grow your clinical knowledge to reflect current best practice

As The Clinic Manager, You Will Also

Lead and guide day-to-day clinic operations
Support clinical governance and quality improvement
Mentor and develop emerging clinicians
Contribute to shaping local oral health initiatives and service delivery
