Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of business banking products. As a key member of our Digital Experience team, you will be responsible for developing user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our business banking customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design of business banking products, including payment platforms, cashflow tools, and invoicing products
* Develop user personas and customer journey maps to inform design decisions
* Create high-fidelity prototypes and usability test plans to validate design concepts
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, sales, marketing, legal, and compliance representatives
* Manage stakeholders and influence design direction to ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Expert knowledge of customer-centered design principles and practices
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting design work to non-designers
* Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience using data and research to drive design decisions
* Skills in information architecture, task flow, and decision tree mapping
