DODO HANDYMAN' is seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in South Yarra, VIC.
This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to build your own schedule and take on various handyman projects as needed.
As a Handyman, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of maintenance and repair services to our residential and commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
Performing general maintenance and repair tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
Identifying and resolving issues with appliances, fixtures, and other household/commercial equipment.
Assembling and installing new furniture, shelving, and other items.
Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure client properties are well-maintained.
Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients.
Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised work environment.
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance/repair role.
Strong technical skills and practical knowledge across a variety of trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to quickly diagnose and address issues.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
