We’re seeking a passionate and commercially focused Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations and tenant engagement at a key shopping centre, while providing support to two additional centres within a diverse Victorian portfolio. This is a significant career opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager, Marketing Manager, Retail Coordinator or Centre professional ready to step into a leadership role. About the Role Reporting to the Centre Manager, you’ll be predominantly based at one centre, with occasional travel to two others. Working alongside a collaborative and supportive Centre Management team, you’ll help drive both day-to-day operational success and long-term strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily tenant operations, lease compliance, and customer experience Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, retailers and service providers Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and improving Net Operating Income (NOI) Support casual mall leasing and identify additional income opportunities Contribute to tenancy mix planning, debt management, and outgoings Uphold WHS, compliance, and presentation standards across all sites Deliver tenant engagement and customer satisfaction initiatives Mentor and support team members across the portfolio We’re Open To Candidates Who Are: Administration Managers, Marketing Managers or Retail Coordinators with shopping centre experience Commercially minded and confident working with tenants and stakeholders Looking to step up into a multi-site leadership role Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Holders of a current driver’s licence (essential) Tertiary qualified in property, marketing or business (preferred) Why Apply?
