About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support / Systems Engineer to join our Field Engineering team in a fully onsite role.
This role focuses on delivering reliable, day to day IT support within a structured, high usage environment. You will work as part of a small onsite team, supporting end users while maintaining the stability and performance of core systems.
This is a hands on, user facing role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems and working directly with people.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite IT support across desktops, laptops, and user devices
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and network environments
* Support user access, device builds, and general IT operations
* Work collaboratively within an onsite team to manage workload and priorities
* Follow established processes and escalate where required
* Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation
* Communicate clearly with non technical users
* Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements

Skills & Experience
Essential
* 3+ years experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Systems Engineering
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Apple environments
* Experience with: o Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID / Azure AD) o Windows 11 support and configuration
* Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, connectivity troubleshooting)
* Experience in onsite or user facing IT roles
* Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks in a busy environment

* Experience in MSP environments
* Exposure to Intune or endpoint management platforms
* Experience working in multi user or structured environments
* Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
