About the Role:
The Bureau of Meteorology seeks an experienced individual to manage the lifecycle of its integrated Satellite and Space Weather Networks.
This critical role is essential for providing reliable satellite data vital to numerical weather prediction, forecasting, and warning services.
The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing asset performance, improving asset information in the Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS), and managing maintenance regimes in EAMS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lifecycle and configuration management of Satellite and Space Weather Networks
* Project support activities including technical support, maintenance, and repair
* Documentation and record-keeping for EAMS
Skills and Qualifications:
Applicants should have a strong background in IT and network management with experience in maintaining complex systems.
