What You'll Do
As a Parent Pathways Manager, you'll lead with purpose, adaptability, and a people-first mindset. You'll empower your team to deliver person-centred support to parents of young children to overcome challenges, build confidence, and pursue education or employment. In addition to driving quality outcomes, you'll play a key role in raising program awareness through community engagement initiatives and strengthening partnerships that enhance service delivery and long-term impact.
With a hands-on leadership approach, you'll balance strategic oversight with operational excellence, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. You'll ensure your team feels supported, caseloads are effectively managed, and both outcomes and strategic goals are consistently achieved.
* Lead with Purpose: Support your team through regular coaching, supervision, and feedback, fostering a culture of empathy, professionalism, and continuous growth.
* Empower Parents: Build trust and guide participants to set goals and take steps toward education, employment, and personal growth.
* Tailored Support: Deliver personalised, strengths-based case management that respects parenting responsibilities and addresses diverse barriers.
* Engage Community: Promote the program and build strong partnerships with local services and employers to open pathways to work experience and employment.
* Program Performance: Manage caseloads, team performance, and drive service delivery to meet contractual, compliance, and quality standards.
What You Bring
* Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate IV in Community or Employment Services, Youth Work, or related field (or working towards).
* Background: In community services or childcare is valued, as is lived experience overcoming barriers and navigating support systems.
* Operational Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets, reporting, and service delivery in performance-focused environments.
* Interpersonal Skills: You lead with empathy, authenticity, and resilience - building trust, driving accountability, and cultivating strong, supportive relationships.
* Tech Savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools.
* Pre-Requisites: Full eligibility to work in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and/or Vulnerable Persons Check.
