Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead and manage testing activities across complex defence, government, or secure enterprise projects.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee test planning, execution, and reporting while ensuring all quality assurance practices meet stringent security and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end test management for large-scale or mission-critical systems and applications.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned to project timelines.
* Coordinate system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing activities.
* Lead and manage test teams (internal and external), providing direction, mentoring, and quality assurance.
* Ensure all testing complies with secure development and deployment standards.
* Monitor, track, and report on test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Must be an Australian Citizen and hold baseline security clearance.
* Primary project activity is based in Adelaide. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently or relocate as required.
