Are you looking for a unique opportunity to demonstrate your help desk knowledge and experience?

**_ We are seeking an experienced IT Level 1 Help Desk Officer to provide quality support and assistance to the Respect environment, staff and residents. The role's primary aim is to ensure the proficient day-to-day functioning of the Information and Technology services and solutions._**

**Requirements**:
**Key duties include**:

- Provide level 1 IT support for all IT related matters.
- Escalation of tickets to level 2
- Achieve agreed service level agreements.
- Contribute to IT projects.
- Any other associated task as directed by Respect.

**What you can bring to the role**:

- A completed ITIL foundations certification (desirable)
- **Previous Help Desk experience (highly desirable)**:

- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.

**The following technical knowledge is strongly desired**:

- G-Suite / Google workspace.
- Office 365.
- Microsoft Windows desktop Operating Systems.
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Exchange
