Director, Client Servicing | Property Management
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced senior property skilled to join a highly regarded commercial property group as Director, Client Servicing. As a key member of the Executive Team, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of best practice property management across a significant retail and commercial portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping the direction of the property management function, ensuring superior client servicing, and driving growth and retention across a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a team of Portfolio Managers, Centre Managers and the Operations function. Create and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, process efficiency, and revenue growth. Oversee a small, high-value portfolio of properties with growth potential. Collaborate across business units to align with the Corporate Strategic Plan. Lead bid/tender submissions and identify new service opportunities. Ensure risk management practices are effectively implemented. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in commercial/retail property management. Strong understanding of client servicing and stakeholder engagement. Track record of driving performance, leading teams, and improving systems. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and operational experience. Comfortable working at Executive level and contributing to broader business strategy.
