About the Role
As an IT Support Analyst, you'll play a key part in maintaining and optimising our technology systems. You'll provide 1st and 2nd-level IT support for software and hardware issues, ensuring our employees can work efficiently without technical interruptions. You'll be supporting the Microsoft 365 Application Stack and working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide remote and in-person technical support (Level 1 & 2)
* Install and configure computer hardware, software, and supporting equipment
* Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
* Respond promptly to incidents and service requests
* Support and maintain the Microsoft 365 Application Stack ( Azure, Intune, MS Defender etc.)
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and management
* Document procedures and issues for future reference
* Perform proactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems
* Undertake other duties as directed by the IT Manager
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years' experience in an end-user desktop support role
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
* Working knowledge of Active Directory
* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP)
* Experience supporting users with common apps & system issues
* Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service
* Ability to travel interstate; current driver's licence required
