This unique opportunity for a Regional Commercial Manager to join the Lendlease building project team will be based in Victoria. Reporting to the General Manager this role is responsible for supporting the daily commercial and operational functions across all projects.
Role
The role holds primary responsibility for supporting the General Manager and senior project team members in the oversight of commercial and risk management responsibilities for projects in the region.
Responsible for assisting with the review of projects which help the business unit to extract profit through sound risk management whilst also achieving optimal cost structures, by providing accurate, timely financial and commercial information. The position will also support the development of value added solutions through identifying and implementing improved commercial management techniques on projects as well as developing and rolling out associated training programs.
