 
        
        Senior Payroll Officer position based in Adelaide or Kingsford, contributing to accurate, timely, and fully compliant payroll services across a nationwide organisation. 
What You’ll Be Doing 
- Play a key role in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across multiple business units in Australia. 
- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards, EBAs, and legislation. 
- Support the delivery of statutory obligations, including PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation, WorkCover, and Long Service Leave. 
- Contribute to month-end and year-end payroll reporting. 
- Respond to payroll-related queries with professionalism and clarity. 
- Assist in internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure best practice standards are met. 
- Help maintain payroll systems with a focus on data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement. 
What You’ll Bring 
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in a medium to large organisation, ideally across multiple Awards and EBAs. 
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools. 
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. 
- A trustworthy and discreet approach to handling sensitive information. 
- Robust communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders. 
- Familiarity with Kronos and Pronto is a plus, but not essential.
