Role Overview

The purpose of the Practice Manager role is to lead the practice team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations in collaboration with the Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal. You will oversee front-office functions, patient retention, financial arrangements, and compliance processes while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Additionally, you will manage staffing, rosters, performance and communication across the practice, monitor financial performance and streamline processes to support continuous growth through improvement and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead practice team and daily operations; ensure efficient collaboration with Practice Development Manager and Principal; oversee front-office functions, patient retention, financial arrangements, compliance processes; manage staffing, rosters, performance and communication across practice; monitor financial performance; streamline process for continuous growth via improvement and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Dental Practice Manager or Front Office Coordinator experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Proven organisational, administrative, and time-management skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities, with strong business acumen
  • Confident in handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly
  • Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and the practice team
