**Your role**
We are looking for an experienced Associate to join Perth Partners Kathy Reid, Craig Boyle and Briony Pole, along with their highly engaged team of high-performing workplace lawyers in Perth.
**The team**
Minter Ellison's Perth Workplace team is Western Australia's leading Workplace practice with the largest group of Doyle's ranked lawyers in the WA market. The Perth team is ranked top tier and the National team, pre-eminent. Our national Workplace team has a diverse and well-established client base, including employers in Australia across the private and public sector, including Resources, State and Local Government, Health, Aged Care, Education, Agribusiness, Finance, Insurance and Tech.
**What you need**
Ideally you will have:
- minimum 3+ years' experience in employment, industrial relations, or work health and safety
- a similar level of experience in high level commercial litigation with an interest in employment law
- are self-starting and personally well organised
- are resilient and committed to excellence that matches our own and
- take pride in your work and who you work for.
