* As a key player, you will be responsible for assessing damage and guiding customers through the claims process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Experience in insurance or construction is highly desirable.
A flexible work arrangement may be available, allowing you to work from home or an office using virtual tools. Alternatively, you can choose to work on-road, visiting customer properties in person to assess damage and guide them through the claims process.
On-Road Home Claims Assessor:
* Visits customer properties in person to assess damage and guide them through the claims process.
Desktop Home Claims Assessor:
* Works remotely, assessing claims from home or an office using virtual tools.
Building Coordinator:
* Reviews technical reports, provides expert advice, and coordinates repairs at a claim level with Suncorp Supply Chain to ensure high-quality outcomes.
