Senior DevOps Engineer (Baseline Security Clearance Required)

The Role
We are seeking multiple mid to senior level DevOps Engineers to play a key role in designing, building and supporting secure, scalable cloud solutions for complex projects, primarily within government environments. You'll be a technical go to, contributing to architectural decisions, automating delivery through robust CI/CD pipelines and improving engineering practices across teams. Working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and operations teams, you'll balance deep technical expertise with strong consulting and communication skills to deliver high quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
You MUST be an Australian Citizen with minimum Baseline security clearance.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP with strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
* Government project experience, including working in regulated, security focused environments.
* CI/CD expertise with hands on experience building and maintaining pipelines using GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
* Scripting proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation, tooling and migration tasks.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience debugging complex issues and mentoring less experienced engineers.
* Understanding of non functional requirements such as security, performance and accessibility.
* Ability to influence technical decisions and contribute to reusable templates, frameworks or shared tooling.
