🛠What You’ll Be Doing
Policy Development & Governance
You’ll create and refine company-wide policies that actually make sense (no dusty manuals here). Think clear, practical, and aligned with how we really work. You’ll also bring structure with proper frameworks and version control.
HR Strategy & Compliance
You’ll make sure we stay compliant with Australian employment laws while building fair, consistent HR practices across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and beyond.
Process Design & Improvement
From office workflows to transport/logistics operations, you’ll map processes, spot inefficiencies, and implement smarter, policy-driven solutions that work in the real world.
Stakeholder Engagement
You’ll work closely with leadership and teams across the business — translating big-picture strategy into clear policies and making sure everyone understands the “why” behind them.
Risk Management
You’ll proactively identify risks (legal, operational, reputational) and build policies that keep the business protected and future-ready.
Documentation & Systems
You’ll create a central, easy-to-use policy hub and embed policies into systems and workflows so they’re actually used — not ignored.
