It is a walking distance to the Tuggeranong town centre and consists of 327 apartments housing nearly 400 residents over the age of 65. The village offers over 6,000 square metres of communal space to facilitate social connectedness and a vibrant community, including a gym, art centre, chapel, dance room, theatre, library, hospitality outlets, village shed, barber shop, hairdresser, medical consultation room, grocer, purpose‐designed meeting spaces and a dog park.
About the Role
The Rostering Administrator at LDK creates and maintains staff rosters to deliver in‐home care services. Rosters are developed according to agreed timeframes, aligned with LDK's vision, values and operational requirements.
Role Responsibilities (but not limited to)
* Roster the Village Care Team for resident visits in accordance with their care plans and in compliance with the relevant award.
* Ensure compliance with relevant awards and agreements, rostering staff fairly.
* Process roster changes (e.g. leave requests, shift swaps, emergency cover) efficiently, maintaining alignment with resident care requirements.
* Provide administrative support to the care team, including accurate data entry and maintenance of scheduling records.
Hours of Work
This is a full‐time role working Monday to Friday 2 pm – 10:30 pm with participation in an alternate on‐call roster as required.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* Experience in aged care, with specific emphasis on the delivery of home care services or equivalent experience.
* Work‐related learning in rostering and award interpretation in aged care.
* Ability to assess and triage competing priorities.
