About the Opportunity
Join our team at the Ayr clinic as a Sonographer on a full-time basis. This role offers you the experience to work in regional imaging, with a manageable workload with opportunities for training in specialist areas if desired. As a Sonographer in our team, you will work with a range of patients from Ayr, covering General, Obstetrics, MSK and Vascular.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate patient care, prioritising patient welfare and confidentiality.
* Perform ultrasound examinations, producing images of the highest diagnostic quality.
* Assist the Radiologist with interventional procedures, complex scanning techniques, and special ultrasound procedures.
* Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques and advancements.
About You
We are looking for a qualified Sonographer with experience in General, Obs/Gynae, MSK, and/or Vascular examinations, along with a current ASAR registration. To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Prior experience as a Sonographer in General, Vascular, OB/GYN and/or MSK exams.
* Hold the appropriate qualifications in Sonography and possess current ASAR registration.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to high-quality patient-centred care.
