WANTED: Part-Time Electrician Who Knows Their Ohms from Their Elbows
Are you a wizard with wires? A maestro of multimeters? Do you dream in volts and occasionally whisper sweet nothings to your toolbox? Then we want YOU.
We're a small but mighty team looking for a part-time electrician to help us keep the lights on—literally. If you've got the skills, the spark, and a healthy respect for not licking live wires, read on.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Generator delivery and Installation -because candles are romantic... until the fridge melts.
· MMM testing. We won't explain it, and you shouldn't either. If you know, you know.
· Fixing things that mysteriously stopped working after someone said, "It'll be fine."
· Installing stuff that should've been installed by someone who read the manual.
· Explaining to clients why plugging 12 heaters into one outlet is a bad idea.
· Occasionally pretending to understand what the apprentice just did.
What You Bring:
* A valid electrician's license (bonus points if it's not covered in coffee stains).
* A sense of humour—because let's face it, switchboards don't always cooperate.
* Availability for part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and emergency "why is it sparking?" calls.
* Ability to work unsupervised without starting a small electrical fire.
Perks:
* Competitive pay (we won't pay you in expired gift cards or leftover birthday cake—unless that's your thing).
* Free coffee, questionable banter, and a team that thinks you're a legend.
* Occasional high-fives and celebratory snacks when things don't explode.
Apply Now If:
You've ever said "I'll just test the voltage real quick" and lived to tell the tale. Send us your resume, a short blurb about your favourite tool, and maybe a photo of your proudest wiring job (bonus points if it's not held together with duct tape).
