Job Description:
* As a high-performing leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and ROI for diverse clients. You will oversee campaign execution, ensure client performance objectives are met, and foster innovation within the team.
* Key Responsibilities include:
o Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and lead comprehensive paid search strategies across multiple clients, aligning with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
o Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of Performance Managers and Executives. Foster a culture of continuous learning, excellence, and innovation within the SEM team.
o Campaign Oversight & Optimisation: Oversee the end-to-end management of complex SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant platforms.
o Performance Analysis & Reporting: Drive advanced analysis of campaign performance, identifying key insights, trends, and opportunities. Present clear, compelling reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
o Client Relationship Management: Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and instilling confidence in our paid search capabilities.
o Innovation & Industry Leadership: Stay at the forefront of SEM trends, platform updates, and industry changes. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and innovative approaches to enhance our paid search offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimising large-scale, complex paid search campaigns.
* Proven track record of driving significant ROI and achieving aggressive performance targets across diverse client industries.
* Demonstrable leadership experience, including mentoring, managing, or leading a team of paid search specialists.
* Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Microsoft Advertising.
* Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 experience essential) and other web analytics platforms.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify strategic insights, and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
