**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with administration and supervision of the maintenance and repair of our fleet and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate and prioritise maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct inspections and audits to assess asset conditions and identify maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify maintenance requirements and align activities with operational requirements.
- Liaise with external service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Coordinate washing and detailing of vehicles as required.
- Assist in other areas of business operations when time permits.

**Skills required**:

- Experience in fleet and equipment maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Solid knowledge of maintenance best practices, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Technical certification or relevant training is a plus.
