Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of contract management for construction projects.
* Prepare Subcontract Agreements and issue/execute with Subcontractors.
* Revise, terminate, or reissue contracts as required.
* Review progress claims.
* Manage cost reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
* A bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.
* Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications.
