The Role:
Monday – Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this fun yet hard‑working team’s day in order. This position will see you utilize your administration, organizational, and relationship management skills daily. As the Sales & Marketing Team Leader, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing general office and sales administration support
- Administration functions to support the listing and sales activities
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials, as well as proofing material
- Database management and data entry integrity as well as contact & calendar management
- Preparation of pre‑listing kits and auction packs
- Conducting vendor reports & market research
- Upholding professional standards
- Providing professional communication to clients to ensure a positive end‑to‑end experience.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of residential Real Estate experience in NSW
- Possession of a Real Estate Licence & valid Driver’s Licence
- Proficiency in Homepass, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong administration skills
- Organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
- Strong knowledge of the local area is essential!
