**Karralika Programs** is a non-government organisation providing residential and community-based treatment for individuals and their families who are impacted by alcohol and other drugs (AOD).

We now have a unique opportunity for an **experienced Regional Community Programs Manager** to join our team full-time.
**The Opportunity**:
Joining Karralika Programs as our **Regional Community Programs Manager** offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of communities and make a lasting impact. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across various communities in New South Wales, including the **Murrumbidgee and South Coast regions**:
- Help** **shape the organisation's strategy with the Governance Group, and share insights in external forums based on staff, stakeholders, and evidence inputs
- Encourage teams to innovate, deliver top-notch service, and improve operations while **fostering a culture of continuous improvement** aligned with organisational goals
- Ensure adherence to the highest AOD standards per our Clinical Governance Framework
- Regular travel to the South Coast/Canberra regions to work with team members on various programs

**About You**:
As the Regional Community Programs Manager, you will bring a **robust background in AOD or other mental health services**, coupled with experience in managing multiple programs.
You'll also have:
- **Minimum 3 years of management experience**, including HR and program management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and implementing person-centred, evidence-based models of clinical care inc. mental health
- A **relevant Bachelor's degree** in addiction studies, social work, psychology, nursing, or a related field
- Experience in developing and leading teams of clinical staff
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Strong research and analysis experience
