Bear Claw delivers major civil and concreting projects across defence, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mining and remote communities. We're looking for a creative, motivated Social Media & Content Creator to help tell our story and grow our digital presence.

About the Role
We're searching for someone who can capture the scale, skill and day‑to‑day reality of our work — from concrete pours and heavy machinery to remote project updates and team culture.
This is a hands-on, on‑site content role. You won't be stuck behind a desk — you'll be out filming, shooting, editing and creating content that shows who we are and what we do best.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
* Filming and photographing live worksites and project progress
* Creating short‑form videos and reels
* Editing content for use across all platforms
* Capturing behind-the-scenes moments that highlight our team and culture
* Maintaining a consistent brand image
* Planning, scheduling and posting regular content

What We're Looking For
You're someone who:
* Knows how to create engaging short‑form video
* Has a strong creative eye for photography and storytelling
* Understands social media trends, timing and audience engagement
* Is confident getting on-site and working around machinery and trades
* Can communicate well with a wide range of people
* Has initiative, reliability and the ability to work independently
* Brings ideas and isn't afraid to try new things

Skills & Experience
* Experience creating content (professional or self-taught)
* Photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
* Strong understanding of social platforms and current trends
* Drone license is a bonus (but not essential)
* Construction experience not required — just creativity and willingness to learn
