Ode to Sirens is a vibrant bar and restaurant in the heart of Fremantle's historic west end. We're known for playful cocktails, delicious Greek share plates and a relaxed yet lively atmosphere.
Role
We're on the hunt for a passionate manager to help lead our front of house operations. We're looking for someone with a passion for GREEK FOOD and music. You will oversee the day to day running of the business, ensuring standards are met on both the floor and behind the bar. You will take responsibility for the guest experience, working closely with the kitchen to ensure service runs smoothly. The ideal candidate would already have experience in a similar role and be ready to take the next step as operations within the P&O hotel develop.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leading, training and motivating the FOH team to deliver quality and consistent service.
2. Curating a fun, approachable and thoughtful beverage list.
3. Maintaining stock levels and supplier relationships.
4. Working with our event coordinator to ensure operational delivery.
5. Ensuring compliance with RSA and venue licensing requirements.
6. Helping drive the team to meet operational & financial targets.
7. Driving a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
8. Previous experience in a management role within hospitality.
9. A valid RSA certificate and approved managers card.
10. Solid bar knowledge and confidence on the restaurant floor.
11. Strong communication and leadership skills.
12. Passion for food, drink and creating an inviting atmosphere.
