Synergie is hiring skilled Industrial Painters and Painter Blasters around Gillman & Gawler. If you have experience with industrial or structural steel painting, this is your opportunity
Duties & Requirements:
* Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, including abrasive blasting
* Apply paint using airless spray guns, brushes, or rollers
* Mix and apply 2-pack paints accurately
* Deliver high-quality painting results on industrial and structural steel
* Inspect painted surfaces and perform touch-ups as needed
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all WHS procedures
* Work collaboratively with team members in a manufacturing or workshop environment
* Attention to detail, reliability, and strong teamwork
* Recent and extensive experience in industrial painting and/or blasting
* Proven ability to work in a manufacturing or workshop environment
* Ability to pass urine drug & alcohol tests
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 6:00 am start, 8–10 hours per day
* Saturday: Available
Pay:
* $45–$52 per hour + penalties
